Our Mission is to provide and operate a shared community bakery that educates, supports, and empowers local, cottage, home bakers.
The Mancos Bakehouse is a collaborative space for learning the art and science of the production of bread, pastry, and other baked goods, with an emphasis, on the use of local products, natural leavening and sustainable practices.
